Join Wren and Sam for a one off workshop to finish out October!
You do not have to be part of Skill Squad to join, it is open to anyone.
We will be going over how to lead and follow moves that are beyond the basics, so please come with an understanding of frame, connection, and pattern structure in your main role. We will be learning moves that expand upon those and change things up.
What are over the head moves in this workshop?
What they AREN'T: lifts
What they ARE: Any move where the hands go over the head of the leader or follower. Think Sugar tuck, whip with an outside turn, etc but moves you aren't usually taught in a progressive class. We want to explore all the possibilities of what can happen, if you just lift your arms up in a pattern.

Parking is open, even the handicap spots, it is just us there in the evening
