What is Over the Edge???

Over The Edge is a company that hosts rappelling events as fundraisers for nonprofits. In the past 14 years, they have safely executed over 900 events in the US and Canada. Their technical staff are certified industrial ropes specialists that create a safe environment for all to participate.

How Do I Get Started?

Sign up today at www.OTEnewhope.com to rappel as an individual or create a team. Each registrant will get a unique fundraising page where you can add your photo, a profile statement, and your fundraising goal for your rappel. Each person must raise at least $1,000 in order to participate. The first 90 registrants to reach the $1,000 mark will be guaranteed a spot.

When and Where?

Our event will take place from 8 am to 5 pm on Friday, May 5, 2023, at the Hilton Arlington National Landing. Please bring guests and friends to watch and cheer you on from "The Landing Zone" - a festival at the base of the hotel with a DJ, sponsor booths, a bar, and food trucks! It's going to be fun!

What is New Hope Housing?

New Hope Housing is a nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness in Northern Virginia. They operate outreach, shelters, and housing programs in Fairfax County, Arlington County, Falls Church, and Alexandria. Your donations support their efforts to move homeless adults to stable housing.

I am rappelling a second year to raise funds. All proceeds go to New Hope Housing (501c3) and help adults experiencing homelessness receive the help they need to get to housing stability.
