Peanut butter meets chocolate-y goodness in Ovenly's September Cake of the Month: Peanut Butter Chocolate Malt Cake. Marbled chocolate and malt cake layers + ganache filling + peanut butter buttercream + topped with Peanut Butter Cookie crumbs. This event will be the last time to get one of these exclusive cakes!

Edd Kimber is a food writer based in London and is one of the UK's most popular bakers. He is the author of multiple books, including The Boy who Bakes and One Tin Bakes. He has appeared on multiple television shows and of course on the original series of The Great British Bake Off, of which he is the inaugural winner.

Small Batch Bakes, great for singles, small households, students or anyone who likes to bake a lot. The recipes serve one, two, four or six and are predominately sweet but also include savory options. The skill level is on the easier side, and equipment kept to a minimum, something that will be welcomed by many people baking just for themselves.
