Outshine the Darkness: Summer Solstice Donation Class for Alzheimer’s Awareness with Ally Charara

Join us for a special donation-based class honoring the light of the summer solstice while raising awareness for Alzheimer’s disease. Together, we’ll move with intention, and dedicate our practice to outshining the darkness of this disease.
Through mindful sculpt movement and grounding breath, we’ll reflect on the power of presence, memory, and connection- supporting those affected by Alzheimer’s while cultivating compassion for ourselves and our community.
All proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association. Hosted by Ally in partnership with the Summa Geriatric Team. All levels welcome — come move for a cause!
Suggested donation: $20 (any amount is greatly appreciated!). Cash or tax-deductible checks written directly to Alzheimer’s Association will be collected before class.
