Course content:

Tips to make your life easier, for example: creating a standard signature, setting out-of-office automatic replies, formatting email text, creating inbox folders, managing and archiving emails, pinning and flagging emails, using the 'to', 'cc' and 'bcc' functions, creating events on calendar, etc.
