As you cruise up the Cape Fear River with Wilmington Water Tours, Burgwin-Wright House assistant museum director Hunter Ingram will be your guide on an interesting journey taking you back to Colonial Times to learn about the Wilmington that Jamie and Claire Fraser would have seen in the "Outlander" series.
