Elias's RADIANT Fusion-Flow Yoga system is for 'all level' of students. No prior experience necessary.
This class, while calming the mind and settling the nervous system, is designed to improve balance and focus, and enhances full-body strengthening and mobility.

Drop-ins are welcome.
The class is on the grass nearest Sally Tomatoes.
WHAT TO BRING:
A yoga mat, bottled water, and sun hat/glasses if you plan to practice in the sun. Shade is available.
WHAT TO EXPECT
