Meet us outside on the Torian Plaza Lawn, in front of the Paramount Cafe, above the Steamboat Base Area for an all level practice that will help prepare your body and mind for the day ahead. Modifications and intensifications are offered to make this a well rounded practice for everyone.Soak in the beauty of nature around you while nourishing yourself with the benefits of yoga. We suggest dressing in layers, wearing sunglasses and sunscreen.
Bring your own water, mat, and a sense of fun. Students must register in Mindbody to participate.
Suggested $10 Donation. Portion of proceeds benefits the Yampa Valley Walk to End Alzheimer's.
