Join us for an amazing yoga + meditation special event with DJ Taz Rashid + Erin Murphy outdoors at Adler Arts Center. Experience how sound + healing music can be used to unlock many of our blocks and challenges we experience daily. We'll move through a vibrant flow, helping you tap into your personal power + a sense of renewal through movement, then relax in a deep sound guided meditation. All to the live beats of DJ Taz Rashid.
