Outdoor Yoga

The practice is a slow flow yoga-based class designed to move through postures with both fluidity and stability. The intention of the class is to help you find more ease in your daily life: whether that be farming or sitting at a desk. We also have the best view in town :)

Sunday Mornings

11am - 12pm

All levels welcome, ages 13 and up.

$12 per class, cash or card payment upon arrival.

Drop-ins welcome, please bring a mat and water.

Classes will be held outdoors at the "big farm" located at 2201 E. Roger Road (look for the Windmill.)

100% of class proceeds go to TVF educational programming and youth scholarships!
