Are you craving a little more peace, fresh air, and mindful movement this summer? Join us on Sat 23rd Aug 12-1pm for our Gentle outdoor Yoga class, designed for all levels. This is a lovely opportunity to ground yourself, release tension, and cultivate a deeper connection to your inner self amidst beautiful outdoor surroundings of the Meadows.
Each session will conclude with a short but special sound bath! As you lie in a restful savasana, you'll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of my singing bowls and windchimes.
Of course, outdoor events in Scotland are weather dependent so in case of rain, the class will be rescheduled. You will be notified by email & social media (by 9am on the day). Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel/blanket, and wear comfortable clothing.
