8:00AM Welcome and Ice Breaker Activities

8:15AM Through the Looking Glass - a walk through the garden

8:45AM Goldilocks & the Three Pots - an introduction to transplanting

9:15AM Mary, Mary Quite Contrary -flower arrangements for a fairy garden

10:00AM Muffin Man - snack time!

10:25AM Songs of the Forests - wildlife friendly bird feeders

10:50AM Nature Journaling

11:05 Who's in the Forest? - animal tracks and scat

11:30 Wrap Up


Registration is $25 which includes take home crafts, supplies, snacks and drinks. Register through Eventbrite or by calling Donna at the UF/IFAS Extension Volusia County office at (386)822-5778 or email [email protected]. Please indicate number attending, age of youth, email and telephone number. Limited to the first 25 attendees. This program is welcome to all race, color and creed.
