Outdoor Summer Solstice Sound Bath with Blue Sky Healing

Celebrate the first day of Summer with a rejuvenating sound bath experience under the open sky to celebrate the Summer Solstice. As the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice is a time of abundance, energy, and light. What better way to honor this special day than by immersing yourself in the healing vibrations of sound!
Immerse yourself in a tranquil sound experience, enjoy as the soothing vibrations fill the air around you, melting away tension and restoring harmony to body and mind. Don't miss this opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and explore the transformative power of sound nestled within the heart of nature.
Open to all. No previous experience necessary.
NOTE: This event is WEATHER DEPENDENT- if inclement weather occurs, I will postpone the event for the safety and comfort of all. All tickets will be valid for a makeup date to be announced ASAP. If you are unable to attend the make-up date contact me and a refund will be arranged.
Bring what you need to be comfortable. We will be outside on the grass.
Suggestions include:
• Yoga mat or a beach/outdoor chair
• Blanket(s)
• Wear layers
• Pillows/cushions/bolsters
• Water
• We will be outside and may be visited by our insect friends. For your comfort, I recommend not wearing perfumes or colognes that may attract and to consider applying any insect sprays/treatments prior to arriving.
