Come get ready for race season or just have fun getting faster! The goal of this practice right now is to get ready for the Tripod Cup Racing Series https://www.facebook.com/tripodcup
...but anyone that wants to give speed skating a try is welcome to join! Helmets required. Athletic shoes are recommended as we may be doing some off-skate exercises as well.
Practice is on the track behind Stone Mountain Middle School. I highly recommend bringing something to sit on like a camping chair.
