Outdoor Sound Bath & Energy Work @ Griggs Amphitheater (Pay What You Can)

Autumn on the wind: Join us for a special autumn-themed gathering in the park to honor the turning of the seasons.

Nicole Warner will lead an intuitive guided meditation, followed by 60 minutes of relaxation and sound healing by Ryan Warner with 8 quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more. Licensed craniosacral therapist Christy DeHeaton and reiki master Megan Lyons will offer optional hands-on energy work throughout the sound bath.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bug spray, and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed!

This is a donation-based event, Venmo or cash is accepted (pay what you can - $10-$30 suggested donation). All are welcome!
