Outdoor Reiki Sound Bath Meditation (Irvine)

Join two of Orange County's most powerful energy and sound practitioners as they share their unique gifts, fusing their passions into one deeply relaxing and restorative experience that will stimulate healing on all levels.

We will gather together in sacred space to set an intention for our time together. From there, you will lie down and be guided into a meditative state where you will bathe in the healing vibrations and sounds of Amy’s powerful, heart opening alchemy crystal singing bowls.

During the sound bath, Kathy will be sharing her gifts of reiki healing with each participant individually. Kathy will channel and tune into your own frequency to provide a healing based on what your body and spirit needs the most.

This energy & sound healing journey will balance your chakras, release any energetic blockages that may be holding you back, and infuse you with high vibrational energy to bring more balance and peace to your mind, body, and spirit.

Our intention is to hold a safe, nourishing container where you will receive whatever is in your highest good. You will leave feeling lighter, happier, and more balanced.
