Outdoor Qigong class at Ashton Court

Qigong is a gentle yet strengthening practice that supports our mental and physical well-being through intentional mindful movements and breathwork.

Class start time - We will begin practice at 10am, please arrive at the meeting point below at 09.50am. We will then move together to where the class will take place

Where to meet - Meet in the courtyard of the cafe next to the Mansion House car park. Use the Kennel Lodge Road entrance. If you are driving remember to bring cash for the car park or have the RingGo app downloaded and ready to use.
