Outdoor Photography Class

Outdoor Photography is a class designed for photographers who are very familiar with the setting and procedures for taking photographs with DSLR or Mirrorless camera. The class will focus on strategies to enable your photos to create a story, become more interesting to the viewer, and present a more artistic image.

Our class presenters are Tom and Peggy who have been volunteers at Barr Lake State Park for many years. Tom's specialty is bird photography with photos that have appeared in "Colorado Outdoors" magazine, "Northen Colorado" magazine, and the "Denver Post." Peggy has a broader scope in outdoor photography and in 2025 won her first "National Photo Contest."
