Join us as we gather in community, relax, and enjoy some self care. There will be slow flow yoga for adults, and fun and playful yoga for children. We will be outdoors at Franklin Junior High School, Des Moines - southwest lawn, by the playground.
Everyone Welcome: Beginners to Experts
Everyone should dress in comfortable clothing. Adults are welcome to bring a yoga mat, otherwise one will be provided.
