Ready to take your climbing skills beyond the gym floor? Join us for a hands-on clinic focused on essential rope skills for sport climbing and rappelling. We’ll cover how to safely clean anchors, including lowering with both the bight method and the untie method. Then we’ll dive into rappelling—setting up a double-rope rappel with one and two ropes, safely rappelling with a backup friction hitch, and single-rope rappels.Taught by local Moab climbing guides Faith Dickey and Ellie Grimes, this class is practical, skill-packed, and designed to build confidence for climbers looking to climb smarter and safer.
