Come and fly with us !! Feel your body awakening, stretching and get a wonderful relaxation in the hammocks. There is no better feeling when you're in the monkey pose, looking upside down, seeing the world in a different angle. This workshop will be outdoors, unless the weather isn't allowing us to do so. In that case we will host the workshop in our cozy studio in Delft, city center.
Never done aerial yoga before? This is your chance!
Come to the beginners workshop and we will show you not only how to be safe IN the fabric, but also how to work WITH the fabric to create a wonderful supported yoga experience.
In this workshop we will move gentle and slowly, giving you time to experience and go as far as you like.
