Welcome to the summer 1/10 scale dirt racing series!Similar rules to last year, with a couple of tweaks:
Classes: There are two classes. 2WD and 4WD
Scale: 1/10 off road similar to ARRMA Senton and Traxxas Slash. If you are unsure, check with Mr. Abbey. Anything that is sold as 1/10 by the manufacturer is OK.
Battery: No Limit on voltage / type. Pack in as many "S's" as you want/
Time: Meet up at 4:30 sharp each race day:
Location: RC Race Track in Cole Park by City Hall, next to the skatepark unless otherwise noted.
$10 per racer goes into trophy’s and prizes with 100% of fees feeding the prize pool.
Points system to determine the season winner, with the class winner getting 10 points, and the second place winner getting 9 points, etc.
Each driver must drop their lowest score of the season before the final points tally.
Drivers may not swap cars. It comes down to your chassis. Do whatever you want to the car, but the frame you start with is the frame you must finish with. If you have questions about modifications, get approval before making changes or buying parts.
Scoring will be handled by either manual lap-counting or an electronic system depending on what makes the most sense.
