Participants will learn how to develop Logic Models and Theory of Change—essential tools for strategic planning and commonly required in grant applications.

This session is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience, as well as those looking for a refresher on the fundamentals. The training aims to provide a foundational understanding, connect participants with peers, and offer guidance on next steps for continued learning.
