Come along and be part of Star and Shadow history as we try out our 35mm projector in public for the first time since our move to Warwick Street. To celebrate we are showing one of the great film noirs, now recognised as a cornerstone of the genre.
Out of the Past stars Robert Mitchum as a Private Eye trying to escape his past and Jane Greer as a classic femme fatale. Directed by Jacques Tourneur (Cat People, I Walked With A Zombie), the film features a top-notch cast, a twisty plot, and sharp dialogue.
