Out of School Soccer Camp
October 14th out of school camp on 10/14/24 from 9:00 am-12 noon at Thomas Jefferson Community Center (3501 2nd street S, Arlington VA 2204). Ages 5-12 years
What to expect:
9:00 am- Quick check in, conditioning, small sided games
9:45 am-Snack Break
10:00 am- Technical work, fun team/ individual games/ small sided games
11:00 am- Attacking/defensive drills
11:30 am- Scrimmage (two halves)
12:00 pm- Dismissal
