Out of Office is being cultural again - it's an evening of informal networking designed exclusively for LGBTQ+ professionals and allies at Live Theatre in Newcastle, on the same day as a performance of - so you can join us for networking and then go on to the performance with discounted tickets. You will have to buy separate tickets, and we'll provide you with a discount code once you've got our Out of Office ticket.

You can forget about speeches and formal presentations because our event is all about fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Out of Office is organised by PR company Reeves, which is expanding into the North East, guided by Matt Bratton at the CBI and Georgia Whitfield from law firm Hay & Kilner. The aim is simple: to bring back the traditional essence of networking, where real-time communication takes centre stage. After all, it's the connections we make that truly matter.

Tickets are priced at £10 and every single penny goes straight towards the bar tab. The bar will keep serving on a "free vend" basis until the tab runs out, at which point it will switch to a normal pay bar. We don't want to mislead anyone with the Alchemist cocktail image, because the bar tab will only offer wines, beers and soft drinks as usual, unfortunately not their spectacular cocktails. But it's a brilliant image and a shame not to use.
