In combination with her exhibition, 'MISSÄ MINÄ OLEN/WHERE AM I?' 1.3.-2.4. 2023, Polina Nazariti is hosting a series of workshops using creative therapeutical techniques, all free of charge and open for participants aged 8 and up.
In the workshop, 'OUT OF COMFORT ZONE', you will work to find the right mindset for personal growth.
Healing and self-growth takes perseverance and patience.
Learning how to make origami combined with positive self-reinforcement settles the right mindset for personal growth.
Dates: 24th of March and 1st of April (the workshops are identical, and participation in both is not necessary)
Duration: 1,5-2h
Target age group: Adults and children 8+
Place: Avoin tila in the Venetsia building at Lapinlahden Lähde
About the facilitator:
Polina Nazariti is a professional rising artist living and working in Finland. She comes from a dynasty of professional artists and craftsmen. Polina specialises on a wide variety of art techniques, including acrylic paints, watercolours, papier-mâché, mixed media and digital art. Polina is also a member of Finnish Illustration Association (Kuvittajat).
