Out from Behind The Screen
About this Event
OUT FROM BEHIND THE SCREEN
Get back in front of the people who buy from you.
If the computer screens went dark tomorrow, would you know how to go out and find your next customer?
Would you feel ready to walk in, introduce yourself, and have the conversation that wins the work?
Technology has changed how we do business. It has not changed the one thing that matters. People still buy from people.
It is easy to let the screen do it all. Send another email rather than pick up the phone or ask for the meeting, because that feels like the simpler option. It is the simpler option. It is also why the work goes to someone else. This is a working morning, not a talk.
What we will cover
How to open a conversation with someone you have never met
What to say when you get in front of a customer, so it never feels pushy
The questions that move a chat towards actual business
How to follow up in a way that keeps the door open
You will leave with words you can use, an approach you can trust, and the confidence to put it into
practice the very next day.
Come with five potential customers in mind, people or businesses you would genuinely like to connect
with, and we will look together at how you would approach them. Think of it as more useful than a
networking morning. Instead of collecting cards, you leave with a real plan for the people you actually
want to win.
Who is it for:
Business owners, startups and anyone who has to find their own customers but does not want to do it
all from behind a keyboard. It is especially suited to smaller businesses where you wear every hat,
including the sales one. No sales background is needed. If anything, the people who get the most from
a morning like this are the ones who have never thought of themselves as salespeople.

Who is running it
I am Tina O'Hagan a Sales Trainer Specialist.I have spent more than thirty five years in sales across Ireland, the UK, Australia, the US and international markets. I built my career from a blank sheet and a phone, and I rose to director level as the only woman in my industry. I was the first woman in Ireland to hold FCSI Platinum status.
I teach relationship selling, not scripts designed to pressure people into buying.
If the work you want is on the other side of a conversation you have been putting off, this is your morning to make a start.
Selling is having a conversation with a purpose. Let's start the conversation.
