Please join us for an evening of songs and song-like sounds.
Our Way to Fall incorporates tapes, voice, clarinet and synth into improvised soundscapes documenting dreams, memories and other uncanny spaces. Mixing poetry with field recordings and other found sounds, the band meshes the visions of Liz Lima (Phth, Land of Kush, Ensemble SuperMusique), Del Stephen, and Joe Strutt (Heraclitus Akimbo, Stargoon). Spontaneous pop songs are collaged and remixed in real time, bringing a unique immediacy to every performance. We're on our way to fall in love.
Sarah Greene + co. will open things up with a set up songs observing joy, loneliness and other facets of life in the big city.
