Dewch i Lyfrgell Wrecsam ar 20 Mawrth 2026 i fwynhau cyflwyniad ar sut i ddigideiddio, crefftau, sgyrsiau a cherddoriaeth wrth i ni ddathlu treftadaeth leol.

Rydym yn eich gwahodd i ymuno â ni i ddathlu treftadaeth gyfoethog Wrecsam, a gynhelir gan Lyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru a Chasgliad y Werin Cymru (CyWC).

Os ydych yn frwd dros hanes lleol neu’n rhan o grŵp cymunedol, bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn eich helpu i gofnodi, rhannu a dathlu’r straeon sy’n bwysig i’ch ardal.

Dechreuwch y prynhawn gyda sesiynau ymarferol sy’n dangos sut i rannu a dathlu straeon lleol:

• Cyflwyniad ar sut i ddigideiddio – Dysgwch sut i ddigideiddio a rhannu eich deunydd eich hun gyda Chasgliad y Werin Cymru.
• Clip Cornel ac Archif Ddarlledu Cymru – Dewch i adnabod Archif Ddarlledu Cymru, gwylio detholiadau ac archwilio’r archif ar y gliniaduron sydd ar gael.
• Crefft Gymunedol – Ymunwch â gweithdy crefft gyda Sophia Leadill i greu rhywbeth i’w gymryd adref ac i gyfrannu at Gasgliad y Werin Cymru.

Mwynhewch gerddoriaeth fyw gan y cerddor lleol Andy Hickie, a fydd yn perfformio caneuon gwerin hanesyddol, a gwrandewch ar Gôr Meibion Froncysyllte.

Agoriad Cornel Clip Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru yn Llyfrgell Wrecsam a lansiad Rhaglen Llysgenhadon Casgliad y Werin Cymru.

Bydd y Gornel Clip newydd yn darparu mynediad i’r cyhoedd at fwy na hanner miliwn o raglenni teledu a radio o Archif Ddarlledu Cymru.

Mae Rhaglen Llysgenhadon Casgliad y Werin Cymru yn fenter a fydd yn amlygu lleisiau unigolion a chymunedau, yn hybu adrodd straeon cynhwysol ac yn ehangu cyfranogiad, yn enwedig ymhlith grwpiau sydd dan eu cynrychioli.

Bydd y siaradwyr yn cynnwys cynrychiolwyr o Lyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru, Llyfrgell Wrecsam, Prosiect Glowyr Wrecsam a Llysgennad Casgliad y Werin Cymru, Dr Dafydd Roberts.

Mwynhewch ragor o gerddoriaeth a sgyrsiau gan siaradwyr lleol a Llysgennad CyWC.

• Llysgennad CyWC: Clywch ragor gan ein Llysgennad newydd, Jyoti Ramjee (CBHC), wrth iddi rannu am Brosiect Treftadaeth Asiaidd Cymru.
• Lleisiau Lleol: Bydd Huw Jones o Brosiect Glowyr Wrecsam yn trafod sut mae archifau wedi dylanwadu ar ei waith.
• Hanes Hynafol: Bydd Dr Tom, paleontolegydd o Stori Brymbo, yn trafod ymgysylltu ag arteffactau.

Bydd te, coffi, cacennau a bwffe ar gael yn ystod y digwyddiad.

Mae’r digwyddiad hwn yn gyfle gwych i gwrdd â grwpiau lleol o ardal Wrecsam. Gobeithiwn y gallwch ymuno â ni.

Drwy fynychu’r digwyddiad hwn, rydych yn ein helpu i ddathlu a chofnodi hanes Wrecsam. Sylwer ar y canlynol ynghylch eich data a’ch preifatrwydd:

• Ffotograffiaeth a Fideo: Gallwn dynnu lluniau neu ffilmio yn ystod y gweithdai a’r sgyrsiau er mwyn rhannu cynnwys ar gyfryngau cymdeithasol neu mewn adroddiadau prosiect yn y dyfodol. Os hoffech beidio â chael eich cynnwys, rhowch wybod i aelod o’r tîm wrth gyrraedd.
• Gwybodaeth Gyswllt: Bydd y wybodaeth a ddarperir gennych wrth archebu drwy Eventbrite yn cael ei defnyddio gan bartneriaid y digwyddiad (Casgliad y Werin Cymru a Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru) i reoli eich presenoldeb a rhannu diweddariadau am y digwyddiad yn unig. Ni fydd eich manylion yn cael eu rhannu â thrydydd partïon heb eich caniatâd penodol.

Come to Wrexham Library on 20 March 2026 to enjoy a presentation on how to digitise, crafts, talks, and music as we celebrate local heritage.

We invite you to join us in celebrating Wrexham’s rich heritage, hosted by the National Library of Wales and People's Collection Wales (PCW).

If you love local history or are part of a community group, this event will help you capture, share, and celebrate the stories that matter to your area.

Begin the afternoon with hands-on sessions that show you how to share and celebrate the stories that make Wrexham home:

• Presentation on how to digitise - Learn how to digitise and share your own materials with People’s Collection Wales.
• Clip Corners & Broadcast Archive: Get to know the Wales Broadcast Archive, watch some projections, and explore the archives on the laptops provided.
• Community Craft: Join a craft workshop with Sophia Leadill to make something to take home and contribute to the People’s Collection Wales.

Enjoy live music from local musician Andy Hickie, who will play historic folk songs, and listen to the Froncysyllte Male Voice Choir.

The opening of the National Library of Wales Clip Corner at Wrexham Library and the launch of the People’s Collection Wales Ambassador Programme.

The new Clip Corner will provide public access to more than half a million television and radio programmes from the Wales Broadcast Archive.

The People’s Collection Wales Ambassador Programme is an initiative that will amplify the voices of individuals and communities, promote inclusive storytelling and broaden participation, particularly among underrepresented groups.

Speakers will include representatives from the National Library of Wales, Wrexham Library, Wrexham Miners Project and People’s Collection Wales Ambassador Dr Dafydd Roberts.

Enjoy more music and talks from local speakers and a PCW Ambassador.

• PCW Ambassador: Hear more from our new ambassador, Jyoti Ramjee (RCAHMW), as she shares about the Welsh Asian Heritage Project.
• Local Voices: Huw Jones from the Wrexham Miners’ Project will talk about how archives have influenced their work.
• Deep History: Dr Tom, a palaeontologist from Stori Brymbo Fossil Forest, will discuss engaging with artefacts.

Tea, coffee, cakes and a buffet will be available during the event.

This event is a great chance to meet local groups from the Wrexham area. We hope you can join us!
