Please join us for a lovely workshop on our electromagnetic hearts. We will utilize trash and turn it to treasure, saving our earth one coffee can drum at a time. This drum will serve as our self care kit. Over time we will add to our love kit in different and unique ways. We will breathe, set intentions, and learn all about our heart from a vantage point of physical attributes and non physical phenomenon.
Gratitude and our heart are intricately connected in a vast array of ways.
It is the quality of our heart that sets the cadence for our whole body. It has an electromagnetic field far more powerful than our other energy centers. It extends out from our body from 4 to 6 feet!!! Your heart takes up so much space, even though some cannot see.
When the heart has coherence, clarity abounds.
When it is incoherent the colors are muddled and the signal is compromised.
When we move from our heart and to our heart we set a healthy tone for our whole body.
When our heart beats in sync with our mind we establish a coherent connection.
Dropping into our heart for even a moment can begin to regulate stress responses from wreaking havoc on our system.
So it may not be anything physically that changes when we seek and find heart coherence, I can promise you the quality of our heart begins the Golden ratio of us.
