Position:
Behavior Technician for Brooklyn, NY Locations
Pay Rate: $19-$25/Hr. DOE

Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 in-home therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder under supervision
Build and maintain a positive and trusting relationship with each child and their family.
Implement behavior management techniques as outlined in the client’s treatment plan.
Collect and record data on each client . Demonstrate flexibility in working with a diverse group of children with varying needs and abilities.
Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, team members, and other stakeholders.
Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience with children/adolescents with special needs (preferred) but not required.
Interested in pursuing certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by completing the 40-hour RBT training and supervision.
Ability to provide services in-home and work directly with children.
Availability to work after-school hours between the times of (3 PM - 8 PM) Monday-Friday and (8AM- 8PM) Weekends.
Bilingual skills are a plus!
