Our Ancestors' Table
About this Event
Our Ancestors’ Table is a Wisdom Ways gathering centered on remembrance, lineage, and honoring those who came before us. Through shared story and reflection, guests are invited to hear the traditions of people who aren’t always heard. We’re partnering with immigrant communities, including our own, to better understand who our neighbors are — and to let that deeper understanding change how we show up for one another in the world.
This is the heart of Accola’s mission: that knowing our neighbor’s story moves us closer to justice, solidarity, and the kind of community we are all trying to build.
Community guest speakers include Michelle Dabrowski (Omnistic Practitioner, 7th Generation Spiritualist), Billy Lor (Hmong Shaman), and Gabriela Spears-Rico.
Participant fees help cover the cost of the programming we offer. Our “pay what you can” system asks each participant to contribute an amount proportional to their financial resources.
“Pay what you can” helps in two ways:
- by making spiritual formation accessible to individuals of modest means, and
- by ensuring our work remains financially sustainable for many years to come.
This is an honor system. You decide the price point that best fits your financial situation.
