Join Quincy in collaboration with BSB Parks and Recreation for a free Oula dance class—a high-energy, dance workout that combines cardio, easy-to-follow choreography, and mindfulness practices set to an energetic pop soundtrack. This event is open to all fitness levels.While the class is free, donations are encouraged to support the Butte Emergency Food Bank. You can contribute non-perishable food items or make monetary donations via cash, check, or Venmo (@quincy-lee-6).
The Butte Emergency Food Bank operates with the intention that no individual or family in the community experiences the fear and pain of hunger. Each year, they distribute about 1,300,000 pounds of food to Butte area residents, serving approximately 2,700 people each month.
By participating in this event, you'll not only enjoy a fun and transformative workout but also support a vital community resource.
