Ashley Apap has an invisible disability, which is hard for someone who loves attention.
For half of her life, Ashley has plastered on a forced smile and pushed down her chronic pain – but not anymore. Through extreme openness, Ashley will listen to her gut to face her biggest fear, hopefully figuring out if there is something deeply wrong with her. Nominated for the Golden Gibbo 2022 at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, this energetic hour of stand-up, song, sketch comedy and storytelling brings audiences into Ashley's brain fog powered mind, fuelled by silliness and truth. Implementing her special skill of oversharing, she aims to bring audiences a comfy reminder that we're all a little broken.
