Otti’s Gnocchi: A Cosy Autumn Workshop

Join Otti for a relaxed, hands-on evening making soft, pillowy gnocchi from scratch, using carefully selected organic ingredients.

We’ll make, shape and cook them together, then sit down to enjoy the results. Served two ways: with a vegetarian Mediterranean sauce and with Parmesan, butter & cinnamon, an unexpected favourite worth trying.

You’ll also take home an extra portion for later.

We’ll be at Deli Lama, the independent wholefood café inside Islington Mill in Salford.
A lovely setting for cooking, eating and meeting new people.

Wine and other drinks will be available to buy from the café.
