Ottaweb - Fireside Chat

Everyone gather around the hearth for some stories and some warmth... Well there's no fire but we do have some stories. This month we will be hosting our first ever Fireside Chat! This will be an interactive forum where there will be a panel of invited guests who will cover the topic of "How to get into the tech industry". What's so special about that you ask? Well I'll tell you. Instead of just sitting and listening the discussion will be directed and paced by your questions, your comments, and your answers. With the help of our moderator we can focus on topics you find interesting or we can skip over them if we find that they aren't interesting at all.

"Sweet" I can hear you saying already. "...but that's so far away. What can I do now?" What you can do is fill out the google form you will have recieved shortly after this event has been posted. Didn't get one? Reach out to us and we'll send you one right away. This questionnaire will have topics that you can pick in advance as well as room for suggesting topics you want to hear about.

We want this fireside chat to be about you, and hopefully you walk away from it with more knowledge than when you came in. The key is participation. The more you all send in your suggestions and topics that you want covered the better it'll be.
