We are again organizing a team for the International OCD Foundation's One Million Steps for OCD Walk!
Join us for our 5th annual walk on September 7, 2025 at 3:30pm!
This community event is open to anyone - those with OCD, family and friends, clinicians & researchers, policy-makers, caring community members, kids, and pets. In addition to being a fundraiser and awareness-raising event, it's also an opportunity to connect with others in our community. If you reside in (or want to travel to!) the Ottawa area, we would love for you to join our team.

We will be gathering in Minto Park at 102 Lewis Street and going on a short 3km walk. There will be food and ice cream trucks and lawn games for anyone who wants to hang out after the walk!
