On Tuesday, December 31st, the Ottawa New Year’s Eve Charity Ball will once again, be held at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre, 200 Coventry Road, Ottawa, ON. Get ready for another exciting night of amazing auction items, fantastic entertainment, an extravagant three course meal, and champagne! Experience the world class music artistry of the Skydiggers with special guest Paul Langlois of The Tragically Hip.

Do I get a charitable tax receipt?

Due to the value your ticket provides and the expenses incurred to throw such a elaborate New Year's Eve party, a charitable tax receipt is unavailable. The funds raised for the benefitting charities are primarily from sponsors, raffles, and auction items.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, this is a formal affair. Tuxedos and evening gowns are encouraged but not mandatory. Suit and tie or dress pants and dress shirt are acceptable. Cocktail dresses and any other kind of dresses are acceptable.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be 19 years of age or older to attend this event.

What are my parking options for this event?

There is free underground and outdoor parking for this event.

What can't I bring to the event?

You cannot bring any food, beverage, alcohol, or illicit substances into this event.

Can someone be refused entry?

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone that causes a disburbance or behaves in an unscrupulous manner.

What is the refund policy?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, whomever presents the ticket will gain admission to the event. You can also log into your account and change the attendee's name(s), just to be sure.
