Ottawa Irish Arts 50 Years in Ottawa Céilí

Our largest céilí in years, the Ottawa Branch of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann (Ottawa Irish Arts) is celebrating 50 years in Ottawa . You and all your friends and family are cordially invited to celebrate this milestone with us.

The céili will take place in the former Church of Saint Brigid's at Cumberland and Murray/St Patrick's. Enter by the Brigid's Well blue door on Cumberland Street (under the blue light). Take the stairs in the pub up to the church.

Advance tickets are encouraged as there will be a limited number of tickets available at the door.

Parking is street, or the very nearby Murray St. City of Ottawa Parking Garage (good rates).

Dances will be called by Carol Ann Bowers and guest callers, and music will be provided by the Ottawa Ceili Band under the leadership of Justin Theriault.

Food for sale (Irish stew) and free food (Irish soda bread, cheese, tea) are available and there will be a large assortment of great door prizes.

NOTE: Due to the age and heritage status of the building, the church is accessible by ramp at the rear of the building, regrettably there are no washroom facilities on this level. Washrooms are only in the pub, down many stairs.
