Other Country Ensemble at the Lake Harriet Bandshell

This week at the Lake Harriet Bandshell we are hosting Other Country Ensemble, an international music group. OCE features veteran musicians from the Twin Cities, performing traditional music from the northern Mediterranean region ranging from Sephardic to Greek and Turkish music, and original compositions inspired by the regions. Hear tales of the history of the music from 711 A.D on and the fusion of sounds that spread through the Mediterranean, as well as the MANY instruments they perform.
OCE hosts the "World Music Night" series at the Bryant Lake Bowl Theater every second Wednesday of the month in 2026, with special guests each month.

Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.
