Why do you ask for my age, gender, etc. when I buy my tickets?

We ask for your demographic information so we can better understand our population, to better cater our programming to our audience (you!), and so we're able to fulfill our sponsorship and/or grant reporting requirements (these grants are essential to non-profit organizations like Otafest, without them we wouldn't have the funds to run). to non-profit organizations like Otafest, without them we wouldn't have the funds to run!). Can my mom/sister/friend pick up my pass for me?

You must pick up your own pass.

What is your autograph policy / Can I bring multiple items to get signed / Are there autograph fees?

Our full autograph policy can be found at https://otafest.com/policies. In most cases, guest merchandise prices are not available before Otafest, and there will be a price list at their autograph table.

Who do I ask about whether I can bring my prop to Otafest?

First, read up on our weapons and props policy at https://otafest.com/policies If you don't find your answer there, you can email Otafest's Policy Enforcement team at [email protected].

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! The City of Calgary offers many downtown parking options near the Convention Centre. We've compiled a small list on our website, but please note that there are many more options than what is on the list: https://otafest.com/maps. Please also be aware that Otafest has no control over the availability, pricing, or enforcement of any parking in or around the venue.

I require assistance to attend Otafest (Licensed Caregivers)

If you require the assistance of a licensed caregiver to attend Otafest, we're happy to provide complimentary admission for them that matches the pass you've purchased. Please go ahead and buy your pass, then either send an email or have your licensed caregiver send an email to [email protected] with valid proof of profession.
