Join Bastion’s occupational therapy team and students from LSU for a free educational wellness series, held one to two times per month on Mondays. Our upcoming session takes place Monday, October 28.Each week will tackle different topics around wellness, self-care, and holistic health. Participants will be empowered with the tools, strategies, and education to adopt healthy habits and learn more about best practices for taking care of yourself.
This week’s theme is Radical Acceptance.
Sessions will begin at 11am, followed by lunch for all participants at 12pm. This series is free and open to the public! All are welcome regardless of veteran status.
