COVID-19 notes:

The University has recently eased up restrictions on in-person events, so MEDPROM 2022 WILL go on as planned! If you no longer wish to attend for personal reasons after purchasing a ticket, please communicate with fellow students who may wish to purchase tickets but did not, and then notify James Oosten of the change via email ([email protected]) or GroupMe.

Vaccination policy will reflect that of the College of Medicine. As of January 2022, vaccinations (but not boosters) are required for all attendees unless medically or religiously exempt. Personal exemptions are not accepted. Masks (not including bandanas, neck gaiters, or thin fabrics) must be worn when in the venue, including when obtaining food and/or drink. Unvaccinated persons are required to wear surgical masks or N95s if available.

We kindly ask that you all closely observe University, state, and federal regulations regarding masking, social distancing, and quarantining in the 2 weeks leading up to the event. Please help protect your fellow students, patients, guests, and yourself so we can make this the event of the Decade!
