These sessions are designed to support the body in following nature into her continued descent into Winter by tending to and restoring your own internal elemental and seasonal nature.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Winter is known as the season of the Kidneys — organs that are considered the foundation of our vitality and house our essential energy, often referred to as "Jing."
We’ll lean into both ancient and modern practices with the intention of restoring and replenishing the Winter Body and recovering any energy that needs recovering.
