We are elated to bring One full day of Osho meditation in our beautiful Osho Ashram "Osho Kaivalaya Dham" .This ashram is located in beautiful area 1 hr from Dallas and 4 hrs from Houston. . This one day retreat is design to teach meditation techniques for busy mind and busy people.

Nobody needs meditation more than people who have no time to meditate. There are many benefits of meditation at body/mind/emotions/spiritual levels. Most traditional meditation techniques were developed thousands of years ago for people living a very different lifestyle than today. Today with technology advancement and ever changing lifestyles it is very difficult to sit in meditation. All of Osho's active meditations involve a beginning stage of activity -- sometimes intense and physical -- followed by a period of silence. All are accompanied by music that has been specially composed to guide the meditator through the different stages. Osho has also recommended different meditations for different times of the day
