Osho Kundalini Meditation is a powerful practice designed to release tension, awaken energy, and bring deep stillness. This 60-minute guided meditation moves through four stages—shaking, dancing, stillness, and silence—allowing you to connect with yourself in a profound way. The Kundalini Meditation is practiced worldwide as a way of shedding any tension or emotional residue from the day and creating space for fresh energy.
The meditation is facilitated by spiritual teacher, Silke Egholm.
New to this meditation? A short introduction will be given at the beginning of each session.
Once the meditation begins, we ask that you stay for the full hour to honour the process for yourself and others.
We have mats and blankets, but you are of course welcome to bring your own.
Doors open 10min before the class.
