Osgoode's Honky Tonk Stompin' Family Dance

We're thrilled to offer two fantastic ticket options:

1. Family Pass: Perfect for a night out with your loved ones! Children under 9 years must be accompanied by an adult. Grab your Family Pass for a memorable evening of dancing, laughter, and bonding!
2. 9 yrs+ Child Pass (Without Adult): For our older dancers (9 years and above) who are ready to hit the dance floor without an adult companion. Ensure your child's spot by registering and accepting the waiver of liability and emergency contact information form.

IMPORTANT:

*Our event has limited tickets available, and ALL children attending without adult accompaniment MUST BE registered prior to entry.

*Children will not be permitted to leave the dance area without a parent/guardian there to pickup them up.

*Children must be dropped off no earlier than 15 mins prior, and picked up no later than 15 minutes post the event scheduled times.

Waiver of Liability and Agreement

I hereby declare that my child is allowed to participate fully in activities associated with the Family Dance Party. I understand that at the event my child may participate in different activities that are supervised by volunteers. I also agree that my child will be bound by the rules of the leaders of these activities and the rules of any place or organization where the activities may be held. In consideration of my child’s participation in this event, organized and supervised by Osgoode Village Community Association, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Osgoode Village Community Association, including their organizers, volunteers and participants, on my child’s behalf from any and all liability, loss, injury or death which may be suffered, sustained or arise in any way whatsoever as a result of or in conjunction with these activities.
