The Crawfish crop was decimated this year. 3 months ago the Louisiana Dept of Agriculture was warning there would not be ANY crawfish season this year. 2 months ago, crawfish were $12/lb !!! WHAAAATTT!?!?! But the BUGGERS have come back full force, and we're throwing our 6th Annual Crawfish Boil!!
Piles of mud bugs, FLOWN IN from Louisiana LIVE the day before, along with all the Shrimp, Andouille Sausage, Corn on the Cob, & Potatoes to go with it. No frozen crawfish here. Hundreds of pounds of LIVE Crawfish boiled all throughout the event.
