DETAILED ITINERARY:
DAY 01:
• 8:00 am: Gathering at Meetup Point (parking lot opposite Saima Square one Mall, Johar)
• 8:30 am: Departure from Karachi to Ormara Beach
• 11:00 pm: Stop for Brunch at Winder City
• 12:00 pm: Continue journey towards Ormara Beach
• 1:00 pm: Photography Stop at Kund Malir View Point (10-15 Mins Break)
• 3:30 pm: Photography Stop at Golden Beach or Princess of Hope / Buzi Pass (10-15 Mins Break)
• 5:00 pm: Reach Ormara Beach Resort
• 5:30 pm: Hi-tea will be served, Settle down in Camps and enjoy Sunset.
• 9:00 pm: Live BBQ dinner will be served
• 10:30 pm: Musical and Movie night with Bonfire
(End the day near a beach under the open sky & enjoy sleeping in Camps.)
DAY 02:
• 6:00 am: Wake up and enjoy the Sunrise.
• 7:00 am: Enjoy the pleasant morning along the beach side, play games, take a dip into the sea
• 8:00 am: Breakfast will be served
• 9:00 am: Pack up & Departure for Karachi
• 11:00 am: Photography Stop at Golden Beach or Princess of Hope / Buzi Pass (10-15 Mins Break)
• 03:00 pm: Lunch break at Winder
• 06:00 pm: Arrival at Karachi

Terms and Conditions
• Original CNIC is a must for every member to carry all time during the trip.
• Gathering time at the Departure point is 8:00 AM.
• Only 10 KGs of weight is allowed. Every member is responsible and has to carry its own luggage.
• Deviations in travel times are possible due to various reasons.
• Ek Safar needs to be informed beforehand of participants below 10 years and above 50 years of age. Participants requiring any special medical assistance shall also notify the management beforehand.
• Members must have to behave ethically with all the group members.
• Ek Safar holds the right to call off the event in case of low registrations (below 8 registrations in this trip). If the event is called due to this reason, the participants who have paid the fee will be entitled to a 100% refund.
• Ek Safar is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
• Ek Safar is not responsible for loss of any kind of valuable item.
• Ek Safar reserve the right to remove any participant from the trip in case of misconduct without a refund.
• No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to rains, storms, land sliding, accident, flat tyres, engine failure or other vehicle malfunction etc.
• Ek Safar reserve the right to use photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing
and promotional purposes.
• Any service-related complaint (transport, meals, Camps / huts) should be reported immediately to the group leader or on-ground representative.
• In case of natural events such as rain or blockage of a particular route, Ek safar holds the right to alter the route or itinerary for the safety of participants.
• Ek safar may cancel booking at any time.
• Ek safar may change terms and conditions at any time.
• Personal weapons and intoxicants (drugs) are strictly not allowed.
• I understand to abide by the rules & regulation & by-laws of Ek safar, to be enforced from time to time.
• I understand that the adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury. I further undertake that neither
I nor my heirs or legal representatives shall raise any compensation against Ek safar.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund of paid amount if cancellation at least 6 days before the event
- 30% refund of paid amount if cancellation is between 3-6 days before the event
- 0% refund of paid amount if cancellation is 72 hours (3 days) or less than 72 hours (3 days) before the event.
